📢 IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION

December 31, 2025 - Full transparency on how our mission has evolved.

🙏 Special Recognition: ZORTT Elite Medical

We documented a telemedicine marketplace model and community-enabling solution in 2014. We're genuinely happy that ZORTT Elite Medical has made this vision real, serving real members with real results.

Kudos to ZORTT for executing what we pioneered on paper. We're not competing with you - we're grateful you're proving the model works.

Sorry for any confusion about our positioning. We're building the COOPERATIVE MOVEMENT that will drive massive DEMAND for services like ZORTT, not competing with them. More members = more sustainable for everyone.

The History: Eliminating Healthcare's Profit Motive

Al Wilson and Bill Wiggins founded SureSafe Pharma (2007), pioneering the not-for-profit medication access model that imports medications WITHOUT markups or middlemen. This model proved that eliminating profit from pharmaceutical distribution works at scale.

The Strategy: SureSafe imported medications without middlemen. PHIERS extends this by funneling cooperative members to undercut the market through volume, passing savings directly to CMS to build toward Medicare for All with price controls - not profit.

Proof of Concept: Mark Cuban independently validated this exact approach when he launched Cost Plus Drugs in 2022 - 15 years after SureSafe demonstrated it worked. 7 million customers. 80-90% savings. No middlemen.

Over 16 years, we've pioneered these concepts and published them freely. Now multiple sources prove they work at scale - including ZORTT Elite Medical's telemedicine marketplace and community-enabling model, and other new platforms offering connected community experiences.

Our Previous Framing

We were initially focused on demonstrating prior art and proof of concept for cooperative healthcare and medication access models. While accurate, this framing missed the bigger picture.

Our New Framing: The 3.5% Cooperative Movement

We're building a democratic power structure that gives We the People leverage to force Congress to act on ALL interconnected crises:

  • Healthcare access
  • AI-driven job loss AND regulations
  • Housing affordability
  • Cost of living
  • Reversing destructive policies
  • Ending wars

WE ARE HERE FOR WE THE PEOPLE. We invite ALL grassroots organizations, unions, and civic engagement programs to join in solidarity so we can fix our government together.

What This Actually Means

We're Not Offering Telemedicine Yet

We're building the democratic power structure - a member-owned cooperative - that will:

  • Sponsor everyone's enrollment in the telemedicine program of their choice (ZORTT is our choice)
  • Provide medication access through group purchasing on behalf of We the People
  • Guarantee the largest discounts because we'll have the most buying power

All of this happens once we hit critical mass and are operational.

The Power of 3.5%

Research by Erica Chenoweth (Harvard Kennedy School) shows: 3.5% of the population organized = guaranteed systemic change.

When 3.5% of Americans demand better government, Congress listens. We're building that movement. We have 100M+ Americans affected by these crises. We exceed the 3.5% threshold by 9x.

Governments need leadership. We can provide it once we get your support.

Why This Matters (No Harm Intended)

We pioneered these cooperative concepts and published them freely so the world could benefit. Others have since proved that our concepts work at scale - particularly telemedicine.

Now we're channeling that into something bigger: transparent, cooperative power that forces systemic change through constituent democracy.

This isn't about competing with Mark Cuban or anyone else. It's about We the People taking back control of our government, our healthcare, our economy, and our future.

We're In This Together

Thank you for understanding our journey.

Let's make America Better and Healthier Once and For All.
